An evaluation of early speed runners
and their capabilities
as they match up in a  particular race!
An analysis of the true early speed of each race

This is often the most difficult aspect of horse racing to prognosticate.  I feel certain we accurately forecast the early speed scenario more successfully than any other service.  The reason for this is my extraordinary PACE numbers, in which my computers breakdown many segments of the early parts of each race. These PACE NUMBERS allow me to make the best comparisons possible. Supplying to you an extraordinary private advantage.
Only a horse that rates to be on or very near the lead at the 4 furlong mark is rated.

I have 2 designations:

 1) The first designation is a "1", which means the horse typically runs its   fastest in the first quarter and a little slower in the 2nd quarter.

2) The second designation is a "2", which means the horse tends to run almost as fast in the 2nd quarter as it does in the first quarter.

Both types can go get the lead if they want, but the "2"'s tend to be a little more versatile.

Since each horse is handicapped individually, this is the only part of the ratings that is done comparatively as the handicapping proceeds.  Sometimes we can see a race with many "1 and 2" 's in it, while sometimes there may be only a lone "1 or 2", this often leads to terrific strategic advantages for POWER PAGE users.  Unfortunately, these match ups are subject to a greater number of random factors than other aspects of handicapping and naturally requires you to be more careful, ready for other possibilities.
